Many Raised by Reality products are made to order. This helps us reduce overproduction, avoid excess inventory, and keep our overall footprint lower. Because made-to-order items are produced after your order is placed, please review all product details, sizing, colors, shipping timelines, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a confirmed production issue.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, customer ordering errors, or normal variations in color, placement, or appearance.

Eligible Issues

We will review replacement or refund requests for items that:

  • Arrive damaged

  • Arrive defective

  • Include a manufacturing defect

  • Include a printing error

  • Differ significantly from what was ordered

Raised by Reality reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies for replacement, refund, or other resolution based on the information and photos provided.

How to Submit a Claim

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a production issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@raisedbyreality.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and issue

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color differences due to screen settings, lighting, garment dye lots, or production variations

  • Minor variations in print placement, scale, or garment appearance

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Shipping delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or used

Custom Requests

Custom-request products, personalized products, and approved custom designs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a confirmed production issue.

Shipping Delays

Production and shipping timelines are estimates unless otherwise stated. If an order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, we will provide an update when available and handle delays in accordance with applicable law.

Raised by Reality is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.
