All Raised by Reality pieces are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary based on your location, the carrier, and any seasonal delays.

Raised by Reality is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

At this time, we currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can help resolve the issue.
